Can i upgrade the processor in my hp dv9933cl?

what about fsb? do they have to equal? can i overclock the mobo? im new at this laptop stuff please help me. how much faster would a 2.6ghz core2 duo (6mb cache) be than a 2.1ghz core2 duo (3mb cache)
