I have a question about knife sharpening for people that KNOW WHAT THERE DOING...?

I am wondering how to sharpen my benchmade knives. They are black cl knives and I think that I should probobly not try to sharpen then myself. I also have a coldsteel ti lite which I had sharpened at b pro shop. The worker at my local knife store said that that was a mistake and know I realize that my ti lite blade is completely dull. Someone please inform me on knife sharpening for benchmade and coldsteel knifes. Should I sharpen myself or leave that to a proffesional.

As a girl, I don't get this at all. In my experiences, bigger = more pain. On average, an un is only about 3 - 4 inches deep. When , it can handle a little more inches but not much. How does one go about filing a motion to reconsider in a CA superior court child custody case?

At a trial setting conference my ex began making allegations in court. Nothing was ever served regarding the allegations nor did he file anything in court. He just started blurting out alegations which, if given the opportunity I could prove untrue. At first the judge told him she couldn't do anything since a third party involved in the allegations wasn't even present and the allegations weren't the issue before the court. He persisted and she gave in and made a ruling. I had no chance to answer to the allegations nor opportunity to present evidence on my behalf. I believe her order violated my rights to due process. I would like to make a motion to reconsider and have the judge removed from the case. Is this possible?

Any advise on chronic "morning only" lower back pain?

Every morning for the last 2 years I have been waking up with terrible lower back pain, to the point I am unable to lift my son from his crib without istance. It lasts general thru mid morning then seems to disappear only to reappear during the night hours and 1st thing in the morning. I have been to the chiropractor who took x-rays and said something about a disc but wanted to see me 5 x's a week, I went for about 4 weeks with no progress so I visited my MD who took another set of x-rays and said he saw nothing and recommended drugs. I have been sleeping with a pillow between my knees it used to help a little but not any more, I have also tried every different bed in my house so it's not the mattress. Any advise???????????

Home foreclosure caused huge reduction in credit line....normal?

Sorry to say I am just another statistic w/ a foreclosed home. I had a 1st and 2nd on the home, the 2nd being a HELOC. Today I just received a notification from my credit card company (not w/ the same bank as the foreclosed loans) notifying me they reduced my credit line to only $1000. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with a credit line of $15000 and had never had a late payment. Basically this foreclosure is my first credit flaw ever. I even held a 811 credit score before hand. Is it normal for credit companies to do this after a foreclosure is now on my report?

Me & my current "fiance" have been together 14 months. I was concerned he was not ready for a relationship but by then was already in love with him. he began picking fights over what I considered non existant "moods" I was in, but now 14 months later it is clear the moods are actually his own sulleness after a stressy week & he gets the same on a sunday eve before he has to go back. I was attracted by his charm initially, his "good job", therefore offering me security but also we had a lot in common : healthy lifestyle, food & exercise.We seemed to be at the same ponts in our lives to settle down with a life partner & its what I want. Since being together after initially being happy & coming off anti depressants(before I met him), I am feeling stressed & erring towards depression again but find it difficult to leave. He made me leave his house after 2 months & luckily I had kept my own so I had my home to go back to. After I left he wanted me back & this on/off relationship has continued with him walking out on me virtually every month. When he does I don't hear from him for anything from 2 days, a week or 2. I want to remove my conjunctival nevus?

A while ago I notice my conjunctival nevus, which i've had for a while was growing. it grew over my iris, which it never used to do and now I keep seeing this brown haze when I look at things which I suspect is the nevus having grown over my pupil. Is this possible? I first wanted to get it removed for cosmetic reason, it makes my one iris look larger than the other (brown nevus over brown iris) and that makes me look like I have squint eyes. but it seemed too much trouble so I left it alone now that it seems to have creeped over my pupil, I'm getting a little worried. is there any ophthalmologist who can help. the one I see is incredibly mean and unhelpful.

You will be fine. The biggest thing it to go into the season with a good base so you can run with the team and not get injured. If you are transferring right away (like spring semester you'll be at the new school) I would say to just go on a few good runs before you start practices with the team. I ran for a Division 3 school and it was awesome. Serious, because it was a college varsity sport, but not super stressful and intense like at a D1 school. I loved it and even though I'd ran in high school I got much better in college. My best friend on the team walked on her freshman year and she had never ran competitively, she'd played soccer in high school. She had a great time, too. In terms of what it's actually like, we ran as a team six days a week in the on-season. We had meets most Saturdays, some were casual meets against two other schools, some were big meets where there'd be a lot of girls in the race. The top seven girls score points for the team. Sunday we were on our own to run, but friends would meet up and run, especially if we lived together. I ran about 30-50 miles per week, running more in the middle of the season. I always came into the season in good shape after the summer or whatever, it made it so much easier and allowed me to be more competitive. I got very close to my coach and still keep in touch with him even though I've been out of college for 7 years, haha. I'm still very close friends with the girl I mentioned who walked onto the team (her and her new baby and coming to visit me in a couple weeks) and other girls I ran with. I also liked all the guys on the team, one became my boyfriend for two years and we're still friends. You will have a great time and it will turn you into a runner for life!

It's easy to judge those who have issues that you don't. I think it's that simple for some of these people. I know just how you feel on here. People are out to attack those who they think are "lower" than they are. Honestly, I think it's to hide some issue that they don't want to share with the rest of the world. I have never heard of an air lock in a Combi Boiler, because of the high pump pressure circulating the water. However, there should be 2 air vents on your boiler. One is on top of the pump, and the other one is a Automatic air vent on top of the boiler. This one does get rid of any air ping through the boiler automatically. They can however sometimes get a bit of grit in them so just check that it is working by switching the boiler off for 10 minutes, then unscrew the cap very slowly and see if any air hisses out. Do not remove completely!!

A Wisteria that we planted over 30 years ago, grew so big that it killed the Oak tree that it wrapped itself around. At the time, I had NO IDEA that it would grow so big! We cut the tree and the Wisteria down, but now it's growing from the roots.....all over the yard!! I've put salt on the "eruptions", but it's still putting out runners. Hello. I have a ten gallon fish tank. The other day my five gallon fish tank cracked so I upgraded to a ten gallon tank. I moved all the gravel water and filter into the tank so that technically it wont have to be cycled again. I then put my fish (some kind of tetra the fantail guppy and another unknown fish) into the tank. These three fish got along great.I then went to the pet store and asked if tiger barbs were compatible with these fish, and the petstore told me yes. I brought two of them home but ever since then my guppy seems scared. could it be from the change in the environment or does it have to do with the tiger barbs?

I went 9 weeks without a period and about 16 negative pregnancy tests later I went to the doctor and she sent me for a scan to check what was going on make sure my ovaries were ok and stuff and even though I was convinced I was pregnant (the doctor wasn't) there was nothing on the scan everything was fine but definitely no baby a couple of days later I got my period. I think because I was so desperate, wed been trying 18 months and Id convinced myself I was pregnant it delayed my period it wasn't until I had concrete proof that I definitely wasn't pregnant my body went back to normal. I want to take tai chi instead of a hard style of martial arts?

I have recently developed an interest in Tai Chi based on the slow moving meditation and martial aspects involved. The style i am currently in called Tang Soo Do, is a much harder style with kicks and punches. This can cause a lot of damage to the body. Drop Hudson and probably Overbay, for closers if any are available. You have Roberts at second so you'll seldom use Hudson. As for Overbay, other 1B will be available as Free agents including Garko, Thorman and Conner Jackson if sons low BA kills you too much. Closers who might be Free Agents include Saloman Torres of pittsburgh, Taylor Tankersley of the Marlins, Octavio Dotel Of Kansas City and Joel Pineiro of Boston. None are secure as closer but have the job for now. If all are gone look at a quality setup guy like Broxton of the Dodgers. He'll help in K's Era & Whip and has a decent shot of winning the closer job before the end of the season. Your SP isn't bad, but I'd like to add one more guy there. FA possibilities include Ian Snell, Daniel Cabrera (a major risk who could really pay off) or Doug Davis. Also look to trade Randy Johnson & Bronson Arroyo. Johnson should have a better year than last, but his name value may bring a quality pitcher like Harang if you're lucky. I'd be surprised if Arroyo comes close to last years success. You should be able to get a much better pitcher like Scott Olsen or David Bush in return. You may also be able to move Schmidt for a better younger pitcher again look at someone like Harang or John Lackey. You should also look to trade either Dave Roberts or Willy Tavares for either a pitcher or a bat with more power. They're both essentially one category players. If trade efforts with these two don't work out, wait through the first 3-4 weeks of the season and drop the least productive one. Dye might also be a trade candidate. He's a good player but won't be likely to equal last year's numbers. If you're lucky you might get Matt Holliday or Jason Bay for him, if not someone like Vernon Wells is a good choice.
