My sister has 2 young kids, she can't afford to give them a xmas, please help?

She lives in shelton washington . She doesn't work and is single, the kids are a 4 yr old girl and 2 1/2 yr old boy. I can't stand for them to think Santa doesn't care about them, but I have no money either. Is there any help out there?
