Genetic Question about blood type?

you travel to an isolated village in the Amazon and study a population of 500 Indians. You discover that 330 natives have NN as a blood type, and 120 have NM as their blood type and lastly that 50 have MM as a blood type. What are the allele frequencies in this population? with the allele frequencies determined what are the expected genotypic frequencies? Grossly, does this population appear to be at equilibrium?
