That's something you need to ask the seller. We wouldn't know. If it's still stuck on 'Shipping Info Received', that means they've informed the postal service that they need a package picked up, but they may not have actually picked it up yet. It has a long way to travel and once it's on the way, the info will be updated. You also have to worry about it going through customs which can delay it even more. Contact the seller and ask if they've even sent it out yet.
