Of all listed, the one that has gotten the rawest deal is Lee Smith, there are guys in the HOF with less saves than him. Jack Morris is up there too, great big game pitcher. I saw Bill Russell give a speech, he said Walt Bellamy had the easiest shot to block. Luis Gonzalez had big years in the steroid era, was average before that. Artis Gilmore was destroyed by much smaller Sidney Wicks in NCAA championship game vs. UCLA. Dale Murphy declined quickly at a relative young age. Rodman would be more respected if he wasn't such a head case, it detracted from his skills. Tarkenton was an over achiever, he didn't have the strongest arm, and I think it hurt him in big games.
