Swine flu H1N1 vaccine question.?

My friend's daughter who is 9 years old and has asthma was given the vaccine 5 days ago. Within 2 days of the vaccine she started having symptoms of the flu. They took her to the hospital on Friday and they sent her home. Her symptoms of extremely high (104.5) temperature, coughing, sneezing, fatigue are still present after 3 days. They can't keep her temp down unless they use tylenol and motrin around the clock. Should she go back to the hospital?
