Handyman Magazine Tool Test. Is it real?

Today in the mail I received a package from the Handyman Magazine saying that I was chosen from thousands of subscribers to be a tool tester. They sent me a card and said to send it back within 10 days saying I accept and they would send me 3 small gifts as well as tools like saws and drills to test. Once I evaluated the tools and sent in the evaluation, I could keep the tools. Im wondering if anyone else received this offer and whether or not it is real or just some scam. Thanks.
