I have Oral thrush and no insurance. help?

I was taking Doxicycline two weeks ago for acute bronchitis and it was prescribed from the hospital. I took it on March 18 and stopped on March 27. The thing is I was feeling very dry in my mouth last week and I had found some yellow coating on my tongue but not on my cheeks or anywhere else so then yesterday I brushed it off and it's not yellow anymore but I have a really bad taste in my mouth( which also started last week) I go to the hospital again and they said it can be candidiasis so he prescribed me some nystatin oral suspension but im afraid to take it and that it might get worse. I need help because i keep thinking im going to die.
