I would like to know why far left democrat Politicians became traitors to the U.S.A?

It's really scary how the far left have betrayed this country in the name of power. Also some far left voters have been following these traitors. I do know that Chavez has been becoming more involved with the U.S.A, but why does the far left want to bring the U.S.A to communism like Chavez has done to his own country?
