Im i Materbating Correctly? Need help guys!!?

Okay so most guys use there hand to screw arround but when i tryed this my d**k got sore and was very painfull i finaly Comed but after the pleasure my **** was in pain and started to bleed... mabye im not just doing it right? can anyone exsplain to me how im supost to do this? my hand was Moving up and down on the Side of my **** not top or bottom .... i had to keep doing it super fast cuz it was taking forever to come and i really needed to come -- Before i used to come in my boxers wile laying on my bed moving up and down on my tummy but now i need to do this everyday and i dont wana have to do laundry all the time SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!
