Should I feed my zebra finch mealworms?

Usually they are strictly on a seed and fruit diet but if you want to give them mealworms its not going to hurt them. Im not sure if they will eat it but its worth a try. Meal worms can be bought at any petco or petsmart in the refrigerator there. As feeding it to them if your finches dont bite feeding it out of your hand is fine. But if you hate touching bugs tweezers would work just fine. Just make sure they dont get any of the sawdust food that comes with the mealworms in a cup.
