Should I sue my exwife for not making payments agreed upon in our divorce settlement?
My exwife left me about 18 mths ago while I was recovering from cancer treatment and starting a new job. She was dating a "friend" behind my back and is still dating this "friend". Our settlement was for her to pay credit card debt she ran up when she left, purchase the leased car she choose to keep, and pay half the mortage on the house and time share from date of seperation to sale (as well as half of the expenses resulting for sale). She also was to pay a personal cash loan I provided for her to get back on her feet. Now I am a very caring person and I don't want to hurt or upset her, but the car was repoed last week, I am a co-signer on a student loan she is not paying and is in collections, nor has she made payments on the house, credit card, etc. Is it worth it to sue her (she could only make small payments to me) or is my credit to far gone to worry about (I had great credit prior to the divorce)?
