UPS delivery Screwup or just my paranoia?

Ask the shipper and address the concern. YES unfortunately UPS does screw things up, here in the USA, especially in the state of Georgia, people are retards and they can not read nor respect package, therefore each day, people are complaining and piled up with lost mails. This was on the news the other day how UPS are screwed up...........did not know it was happening in UK also, Was the package insured? Can you contact the wrong destination to return the package back to the original sender?
