Why won't the skin tear on the shaft of my heal yet? it has been 2 weeks already?

The tear is on the shaft on the backside of my . There was no blood when it tear or now. The top layer of the skin ripped to the about the size of a dime exposing the skin underdeath. Im guessing this is my frenulum that ripped if thats what its called. For some reason its healing very slow .I do get atleast 1 everynite so how will it heal if I continue have my erect during the nite. Somebody help me out please
