Is there any idny game companies that will take my video game idea and turn it into a playable game?

ive been working on a video idea for a few months now. Ive gotten all the charchters, charchter designs,box art,story and everything else. Iam awaiting for some concept art to come back as well. I was wandering how to go about getting it designed and published. Will any indy company make it as long as i submit my info or can i go somewhere else to get it made. Iam not very sure about how get my idea made into a game. Thanks for all info. And by the way they type of game is fighting game. Any refs would be helpfull thanks
