What are the kind of stock a low / moderate risk investor or a low / moderator risk trader should look into?

Please advise on the large cap stocks, mid cap stocks and small penny / pink stocks nearing its 52 week low or showing some strong bounce on charts or some technical bounce backs. Also, comment on the new september series.
