What is the best way to get my dog to shake hands?

Pick up her paw yourself, shake it or high-five it and then say the command and give her a treat. Repeat a lot of times and she'll get the hang of what pleases you and what gets her a treat and be doing it on her own in no time. Just be consistent and keep it simple. Good luck!
