What is so wrong with 'net neutrality and the fairness doctrine? Why is filtering out misinformation wrong?

Both 'Net Neutrality' and the 'Fairness Doctrine' put too much power into the wrong hands, the government. It has nothing to do with what is fair or what constitutes misinformation, it has everything to do with power. The government should never have that kind of power. The best defense against misinformation is education. When the people are educated, they can decide for themselves.
